My Facebook page chatbot is currently active and yet, its MMIO chatbot flow was gone and no deletion was made. Is it possible to retrieve it? Hope this fix as soon as able.
Answer:
Flows created by a specific Facebook page should be activated first to ensure chatbot flows are working. To do this:
Go to Import Social Media → Activate Correct Facebook Profile
After activating the correct profile, go back to your Chatbot Flow builder.
