Creating a keyword trigger

Question:

Keyword I had registered disappeared and had to register again today. Please help.

Answer:

It may have been overridden when you save the flow.  The best way to create a Trigger is by using the Flow Builder and add Trigger keywords.

There are 2 ways to create a keyword trigger

1. Using the Flow builder

2. Using the Bot Tools → Keywords

Every time you save a Flow with keyword triggers, its keywords are automatically registered on the Bot Tools → Keywords

Please take note that when you create a keyword using the Bot Tools → Keywords, and then save the Messenger Bot Flow that does not have a Keyword Trigger → then it will automatically remove the keywords on your Bot Tools → Keywords
