I set up a Chat Broadcast via OTN but there are NO Target Subscribers shown. Please help to show Target Subscribers.
Answer:
You need to create OTN on the Flow builder and you need to capture OTN tokens from your subscribers. To get an OTN token, you need to send an OTN message to your subscriber and they would need to click the “Notify Me” button. Each subscriber that clicks to your OTN “Notify Me” button will then become eligible for your OTN broadcast.
