My email broadcast isn't delivering. What's the problem?

Answer:

ISP providers requires the senders to maintain only 0.1% email complaint rate. If complaint rate are higher than that, significantly lower inbox delivery and higher spam delivery for your emails is expected.

We are on the processes of reprogramming the way we handle email accounts. On the next update, we will require each email marketing users to create a separate Email sender identity with Amazon SES or SendGrid. This way, you will be in direct control of your email's reputation status
