I sent out a test email and my added personalized name featured did not work? How do I test this?
Answer:
Please note, that personlization does not work on tests. It will only work on actual email to your subscribers.
If you wish to check if this feature is working correctly, please create a test contact book and populate it with your test contact list and create a test broadcast if you want to see the personalization work.
