Cannot log-in using new dashboard

Question:

I always use the old dashboard because when I try to log in using the new dashboard, it just keeps on loading and nothing happens. Can you help me fix this?

Answer:

Please follow the steps below to fix this:

  1. Clear your browser cache

  2. Make sure you have already logged in on your Facebook account on another tab using the same browser

  3. Go to MMIO New dashboard and login via Facebook.

Another approach is: 

  1. Go to MMIO login

  2. Click “Forget Password”

  3. Enter your Facebook's email address on the “Recover Password” area

  4. Check your email for the reset token

  5. Enter the reset token

  6. Done
