Enabling Get Started

Question:

There is something wrong with the Chatbot Flow Builder under M.ME link. Please help.

Answer:

In order to fix this, please enable the Get-started feature for your page. There are 2 ways to enable this.

1. Enable through your chatbot: Create a Triggere element → Connect to your first message of chatbot → Choose Get-started type → Save Flow

2. Enable through Get-Started Tab: Go to Facebook & Instagram → Get Started → Choose your flow → Launch Get Started
