I am unable to see the chatbot now in the messenger app. Just keeps sending the notification but no chat bot appears now.

Please check if there's another Bot connected by going to Business Integrations. You can make MMIO as Primary by going to: Page Settings>Advanced Messaging>Handover Protocol> Click Configure.
