Is there are way to disable bots if the user requested for a LIVE CHAT/AGENT?
Answer:
Disabling bots can be done by using the Livechat feature of MMIO. The bot is automatically paused once you reply to our Livechat feature.
Go to Facebook & Instagram → Livechat
To manually pause the bot, refer to the image below:
The Bot will be paused for 30 minutes only. After that, the bot will automatically resume.
