1 Comment Per User option

Question:

I just want you to know that the auto comment reply is working but stop after 2 flows of messages. Can you fix it or tell me what to do to make it work?

Answer:

To determine the kind of error you are getting, click the "Reports" of your Comment Auto Reply.

For Error #10900 Activity already replied to, this is an error caused by Facebook and not by MMIO. This means, Facebook is restricting your Page from sending too many messages at once after a comment is created by the customer. To resolve this, you have to change your Flow strategy.

Instead of sending too many messages at once after the comment, please only send one message. You can send the rest of the messages after your subscriber engages with your Bot.

Disable the “1 Comment Per User” option. This setting means that your Comment Automation can only send a single reply per FB user.
