Launch Ice Breaker setting

Question:

If the customer click the “ASK” button, the auto plotted text “Details Please” will be sent to my page. Can you help me identify and fix why the flow (1st Flow) is not being triggered? I tried adding “Details Please” in the keywords but it does not help.

 

Answer:

You can configure this setting on your Ice-breakers (FAQs) section. Simply configure your FAQs entry and its flow after that click “Launch Ice Breaker”

Please note that the Ice-breaker setting is only showing on the first time messages on your Page. It's not possible to re-initiate the Icebreaker. It's a limitation brought by Facebook. What you can do instead is create “Quick-replies” for your flows. It will serve as options for your subscribers.
