Is it possible to push a flow while we are in the middle of discussion? Instead of the flow being triggered by a keyword, can I decide to push it as I think necessary? If so, can you assist me how?

Yes, this is possible using Livechat feature. Simply go to Facebook & Instagram → Livechat
Then select the subscriber you want to chat, open the Livechat Toolbox → Select Flow and Send
