This error message is limit imposed by Facebook. This error will be received if your page is sending too many auto comment reply at the moment. This limitation is for pages that receive large amount of comments on the post.

To avoid getting this error message, try to disable auto comment for the post or you can leave the auto reply field as blank. Send the private message instead.
