You need to create a “Tag” for this, then combine it with TimeGap and Condition element
To create a tag, go to “Contacts → Contact Tag” (make sure to select the right FB page when creating a contact tag.)
To create a Chat sequence, go to “Facebook & Instagram” → “Chat Sequences”
Here's a sample set-up below:
b. Completed form-filled customers
You need to add a “Tag” to subscribers who completely filled-out your Form
