All messages don't show in our Facebook page inbox and found out all incoming messages where sent to Done folder. How do I change this?
Answer:
All messages moving to specific folders are caused by Facebook page settings and not of MMIO. To configure your settings, please follow these steps:
Go to your Page settings → Advanced Messaging
Then Unselect the secondary hand-over. Again, there should be NO selection on the secondary hand-over protocol.
