I have been testing email broadcasting, all mails were delivered but it is shown as bounced in report. How do I fix this?
Answer:
To avoid emails to bounced, please make sure that you are NOT using SMPT as your email sending method. We cannot track bounced emails with this method. What we can track is only “open” and “link-click” for SMTP. However, if you use AWS or SendGrid, we will be able to track bounces and blocks. The bounces you are seeing are probably from support ticket sends, email tests, ecommerce notifications and account status notifications.
