It's not triggering product in e-commerce. Can you tell me if keyword triggers products inside e-commerce shop?

Answer:

When a product is not being triggered in Ecommerce, you will need to create a Chatflow for this. To do this, simple follow the steps below:

Right-click the editing screen and Create a “Generic” element:

Attach a keyword trigger to it:

Configure the keyword as follows:

Then add a Button to your Generic element. Configure that button using “Ecommerce URLs”, then select your product.
