When I try to launch a broadcast subscribers, they are not imported? It says: "fetching subscribers done" first and then "fetching subscribers failed."
Answer:
To avoid receiving this error message, please make sure that you have set your Broadcast subscriber filter.
By default, the broadcast is set to subscribers who interacted with your page within 24 hours to follow the 24 hour policy of Messenger.
Simply remove the 24-hour subscriber rule to send to all your subscriber even if they did not engage with your page within the last 24 hours.
Be reminded though, you should not send promotional messages to subscribers who is outside the 24 hours window. It might get your page banned for violating messenger policy.
