Notify Admin feature

A button will be clicked if clients need help and the owner will be notified by SMS or email or messenger that a client is waiting for a live human to answer?

Answer:

To get notified if there is a client, you can set the Notify Admin feature. Simple follow these steps:

Create a chatbot flow → add an “Action” element → Choose “notify admin” - there are 3 options, SMS , Email or Messenger
