Question:
I am using Cloudflare to manage my FQDN's DNS and Cloudflare doesn't allow *CNAMEs to use it's SSL certificates. Is there any way around this? When I try to use my domain hosting as the DNS provider, I get an error message.
Answer:
We provide automatic SSL certificates for wildcard domains given that you have fully connected your Ecom domain V2.0 successfully.
Try to change your nameservers instead to these values:
Also, we don't have an interface for you to edit your DNS records. What you can do is use Cloudflare instead. Just point your nameserver to Cloudflare.
When on Cloudflare, you can use these settings:
Type | Name | Value |
CNAME | @ | |
CNAME | * |
