Answer:
Subscribers are strictly tied to a Facebook page. A subscriber owned by a certain page cannot be used by another page nor be exported to another page. That is a rule imposed by Facebook.
As for MMIO, we only allow 1 page to be enabled by 1 MMIO user. We do not allow 2 MMIO users to enable the same page.
