I'm using JSON code on my Facebook ads and it's working properly when using the “preview” on the ads manager directly but when trying the preview on the ads on my newsfeed (desktop/mobile) via demo, the “Quick reply” messages are showing up together with my intro message.

These quick replies did not come from MMIO but from Facebook. However, you can try to turn-off your default automations under page settings. Please click this link for more information:

With regards to Facebook ads, always rely on the “Preview” and not on the “newsfeed demo”. Only the “preview” on FB ads is the reliable way to test your messenger ads automation. Clicking posts on demo is NOT recommended and might give false result.
If the “preview” under message JSON ads is good, it's 100% sure that it will be the same as the ads shown when your FB ads run.
Again, do not rely clicking “news feed demo”. Always rely on the “preview”.
