Different email sender processor

Question:

I have created my email flow builder, but upon sending several test messages, I received no email.

Answer:

Check all folders like spam folder to ensure the email is not received.

Please note that we are using different Email Sender Processor for Broadcast, Sent Test and Email Flows

  1. Broadcast email → Low Deliverability Email Sender (Higher chance to go to the spam folder)

    • We reverted the broadcast email to the low deliverability sender due to the numerous abuses we found by our users, which are sending low quality to unsolicited emails. This will have a negative impact on MMIO's email deliverability reputation so, in order to maintain MMIO's email deliverability reputation, we removed the Email Broadcast from our Main Email Sender processor.

    • We are in the process of enabling Third-party integration of email sending platforms (AWS, SendGrid, Active Campaign, etc.) so that users can do Email Broadcast using their own email reputation

  2. Email Test → Low Deliverability Email Sender (Higher chance to go to the spam folder)

  3. Email Flows/Sequences → Very High Deliverability (Would most likely land on Email Primary Inbox)

    • We only support emails from Email Flow builder to be sent using our Main Email Sender Processor with Very High Deliverability, since we know that emails from Email Flow builder came from forms and would not most likely be an unsolicited email.
