Why us Auto Private Reply not firing? It is replying to the comment section but Private message reply is not working.
Answer:
To solve this, you can either disable your full-page reply or add a private reply to your current active full-page reply post.
Please remember that once you enable the Full page reply, all other automation will be overridden by your current active full page reply automation.
