If your page is currently connected to other Messenger bot providers like Manychat, Chatfuel, Mobile Monkey, etc. then your messenger bot from MMIO may not work properly.
To disconnect your page from other providers, please follow these steps:
Log in to your personal Facebook account
Settings
Business Integrations
Search Manychat/Chatfuel/MobileMonkey or others
Remove
