Answer:
Use video with a limit size of lesser than 5 MB. If you need longer and high quality video, then use the FacebookMedia element.
You can upload your video on your page, and paste the video link on your Facebook media element. This approach is so much better than uploading a video directly on your flow.
On the other hand, if you prefer to use the Video element, you can use video lesser than 5MB in size and should be in MP4 format.
