Answer:
To create a Messenger Sequence, please follow the steps below:
1.) First, create a Chat Sequence: Chat Sequence → Create New Sequence
2.) Second, click the “How To Use” and read how to use the Chat Sequence
3.) Third, add the “MessengerSequence” element and connect it to your “NewMessageSet” element
Note: You can set an unsubscribe action by using the Unsubscribe rule on your Messenger Sequence Settings.
So when your subscriber updates and now have the “Buyer” tag, the subscriber will then be unsubscribed from the sequence and will not be sent further follow ups from the sequence.
Simply go to Messenger Sequence → Create/edit messenger sequence → next → set Unsubscribe rule → example, “Buyer” tag
