Answer:
The keywords will only stop if you chat with your subscriber inside the Live Chat feature of MMIO.
When you reply to your subscribers inside MMIO Live Chat, the keyword reply bot automatically gets paused. It will continue to be paused every time you send a chat. When you don't send a chat after 30 minutes from your first chat message, then the Bot will resume.
