I had a messenger reply in the past, it was before the new UI Update. Now I created a new chatbot flow builder but your website keeps sending my clients old chatbotflow that was before the UI update. How do I fix this?
Answer:
Simply disable the keyword replies that were created there on the old dashboard. To access the Old Dashboard, please click here: https://app.marketingmaster.io/
A new Keyword Reply settings is available on the new dashboard. Simply go to Bot Tools → Keywords:
