Can we set an automated chat bot flow for non-keywords?

Answer:

If the keyword is not recognized, you can use the No Match Template setting. Simply Go to Old Dashboard → https://app.marketingmaster.io

Then go to Messenger Bot → Action Button Settings → No Match template
