Common Actions Set-up

The video demonstrates how to use actions when one or more elements would use the same action items. A use case is provided to illustrate how the action items can be used. In this example, the action items are used to save the user input for the preferred flight schedule and the number of passengers. The action items are connected to the next question in the survey using the action element. The action element can be used to set the value from the quick reply or to input a new value. After the user input is collected, the action element is used to send the response message.
