Product Search and User input

In this video, you will learn how to use the product search element in your chatbot flow. The product search element can be used if you want your customers to search for your product using your chatbot. In order for the product search element to work, you will need to create an e-commerce store inside of Marketing Master I.O. The product search element will prompt the user for an e-commerce store, and then will allow the user to search for a product. If no products are found, the product search element will send a message to the user prompting them to search again.
