Facebook Ads and Chatbots - JSON Code

In this video, you learn how to use JSON code to connect your Facebook ads with your chatbot flow. First, you delete all of the code in the advanced setup section of your Facebook ad and then paste in the JSON code copied from your chatbot flow. You then test the connection by clicking the preview in messenger button. Finally, you try to trigger the connection by clicking the contact us quick reply.
