Comment Auto Reply Feature - Campaign Config Part 2

In this video, we learned how to configure the generic reply or keyword based reply feature in Facebook Comment Auto Reply. This feature allows us to define a keyword and then define a common reply for that keyword. We can also define the private reply and the photo or video for that specific filter set. To test this feature, we commented on a post using a keyword that we configured in the filter set. We received a reply from the filter set that contained the keyword. We then tested another keyword and received a reply from the corresponding filter set. Finally, we tested a keyword that did not match any of the keywords in the filter sets and received the default reply.
