When the user is communicating with the chatbot, how do we implement it so that the user can chat with a live person?

Answer:

What you can do is use the “Notify Admin” action element on your Chatbot flow and then add the “Human Take-over” action on the settings. After that, you can always interact with your customers with our LiveChat feature. Go to WhatsApp → LiveChat
