Whatever auto reply by Instagram chatbot will not appear in the Live Chat?
Answer:
Messages with buttons or any other special messages are not supported by Facebook and Instagram, even on their own live chat. It shows unsupported like the picture below.
What we can do to avoid confusion is to copy what Facebook and Instagram did. We will add an “Unsupported Message” notice for these types of messages on our next update.
