2) Upload your contacts via CSV (Must follow correct format and each item must contain an email and a phone number)
3) Go to WhatsApp -> Contacts -> Sync Contacts with your contact book (Note: Only phone numbers that are connected to WhatsApp gets imported in this process)
4) After you synched your contacts, you can then create your WhatsApp broadcast using your approved WhatsApp template.
