Answer:
Facebook/Instagram does not have automation for follows. However, there is automation for brand mentions.
If people mention your Instagram handle (@myIGHandle) in Stories, you can send DM automatically.
To set this, go to Facebook & Instagram ~> Chatbot Defaults ~> click Story Mentions Assigns
You can also send a DM automatically when they comment on your IG Posts.
