I created and tested a flow. Once its triggered based on keyword, it should add a tag to the user but it is not doing it. Seems like the tag action is broken.

Please make sure to create a Production Whatsapp account with permanent token first. Kindly refer to the documentation through this link:

Also, add phone numbers for test accounts to make sure flows are working properly.
