I encountered the following error on the WhatsApp flow, (#131009) Parameter value is not valid. I noticed all the variables I created are custom variables except last_name, which is system default, which I am not able to create. Where can I know what are the system variable I can used?
Answer:
Please note that the {{last_name}} variable is not available in WhatsApp by default. It has to be manually added unlike Messsenger and Instagram. We do not advise to use it for your templates.
