We sent some test broadcast on WhatsApp, however actual template we sent is not visible in WhatsApp Live chat. Reactions to broadcast like Thumbs up is also not visible.
Answer:
You user will actually view the Templates as you broadcasted it. It's only in the WA livechat where viewing of the template is not supported. Not all messages are supported in WhatsApp livechat view, such as buttons and list. This is within WhatsApp limitations itself.
