I want to use the HTTP element to send WhatsApp message. When I click the test request button at the HTTP element the result is successful but I did not get the WhatsApp message.

Please try first your HTTP request using Postman. Postman is an application for your Mac or PC that can run HTTP request locally. If after running your HTTP request on postman, you received the message on your WhatsApp, then it could mean that MMIO http element might have some misconfiguration.
