The Get Started button did not appear when I created a bot on Fastest Bot Fanpage.
Answer:
Please make sure that Get Started feature is enabled. Persistent Menu, Ice Breakers and Welcome Message will also work upon enabling Get Started feature.
Facebook & Instagram → Get Started → click Launch Get Started
You also need to reset Bot connection. Go to Facebook & Instagram → Import Social Media → Disable the page then Enable the page again
