Whenever something is not working on the flow, you should check the flow logs first. See below how to check the error log:

You might need to start the conversation from scratch. Please delete the conversation thread on Messenger and start it again.
Another possibility is that the user has blocked the bot page. In any case, you could try blocking the page and then unblocking it. This solved the issue in the past for a developer.
Another reason is Facebook is actively preventing your messages from being sent to your subscribers…
Try to do the following:
Do not send many chain of Messages. Example, instead of send long and multiple replies, keep your reply short, And only send 1 to 2 messages at a time.
2. Do not make your conversations 1 -sided… encourage your subscribers to engage with your Messenger Bot
