Trigger function is not working

Trigger function is not working when the customer clicks "How much?".

Answer:

Properly configure your flow set-up/structure and make it more engaging. Encourage your users to click a button or quick reply or to manually send you a message before sending your next reply already. Do not send too many messages at one time and allow your subscriber to click the button before sending another message. Chatbot flows are supposed to be conversational - not a “one-way” message.

When users engage with your Flow, it sends a positive signal to Facebook and will boost Facebook's confidence in your page.
