When I use the “first name” tag in Messenger chatbot flow, and copy JSON code to include in my FB ads, the leads that open up the chatbot flow sees #LEAD_USER_FIRST_NAME# instead of their first name. How do I fix this?
Answer:
Unfortunately, JSON code does not support personalized tags. This is a limitation on Facebook's side. Even if we want to have this, Facebook does not have the API to do this.
