Answer:
This error occurs when Facebook expired your access token which links MMIO to your Facebook page. Once access token expired, then the link between MMIO and your page also expires.
You can easily renew your Page's access token by following these 2 steps:
Step 1: Facebook & Instagram → Import Social Media -> Add Page -> Edit settings -> choose pages -> check all permissions -> ok
Step 2: Enable bot connection of your chosen page
