Auto private message is not working. How to fix this?
Answer:
To get a detailed information on why private message are not working, you can check the report by going to Chatbot Flow Builder → Click Error Logs
If error message is the same as the above image, this is caused by excess or extra subscribers. Please note that each excess subscribers fee is 5$ per 5000.
You can view this on the Account Settings → Subscription
