As we test the system and taking order reports, we cannot easily identify the orders variation and item names so we need to check it one by one on the list of orders. Please resolve this or say another solution for this. Thank you.
Answer:
On the downloaded excel file, make the “ORDER_ITEMS” column on the “wrap text” mode. This will make it easier to see order.
The “1 Order Per Row” format is the most used format of our users since they can easily organize orders in that way.
The “Row per Product” format easily filter the quantity of the purchased products of your variations on excel.
The product per row format will make products per order occupy a row on your excel file, while the Order per row format will make each order occupy 1 row.
