Adding label to buyers

How to add labels to buyers from my ecommerce store? I want to exclude them to a broadcast campaign.

There are 2 ways to add labels to your buyers.

1. You can add Label/Tag to all customers who purchased on your store

2. You can add Label/Tag to customers who purchased a certain product
